Moscari finca service SL

By your side in Mallorca for over 20 years

At Moscari Finca Service, we are passionate about what we do. We fully understand that a property in Mallorca is more than just a house; it is a place filled with life, memories, and value. That is why we were founded with the aim of making things easy for you—taking care of everything you need, whether you are looking to buy or sell, or seeking a highly trusted partner to look after your estate on a day-to-day basis.

Our story began in 2005. Since then, we have spent over two decades working side by side with property owners and buyers on the island. Knowing every corner of the area and understanding the genuine needs of those who live or invest here has enabled us to establish ourselves as a trusted name, known for peace of mind, a personal approach, and a job well done.

The direction and soul of the project

At the helm of Moscari Finca Service SL is Karin, the company’s founder and central pillar. With a comprehensive vision of the business, Karin personally coordinates every area of the firm:

  • Real Estate Sales and Advisory Services: Guides buyers and sellers through the entire process, ensuring transparent and personalized transactions.

  • Operational Coordination and Liaison: Acts as the direct link between client needs and the field team, ensuring that every instruction is executed with precision.

  • Overall Service Supervision: Ensures that both administrative management and customer service maintain the highest quality standards.

    • Comprehensive care and expert on-site maintenance

Behind every immaculate estate lies a specialized team led by Miguel Ángel, co-founder of Moscari Finca Service SL and head of the technical and outdoor operations division. Working alongside his team of professionals directly on-site, he ensures you have nothing to worry about and that your property remains in perfect condition year-round:

  • Gardening and Landscaping: Ongoing maintenance of green areas, pruning, and outdoor area upkeep.

  • Pool Maintenance and Treatment: Water quality control, cleaning, and technical inspections to ensure a safe, crystal-clear swimming experience.

  • Property Preparation for Overseas Owners: We ready your home before your arrival on the island (deep cleaning, pristine gardens, and a pool ready for use) so you can simply arrive and enjoy.

  • Vacation Rental Cleaning and Turnaround Service: Comprehensive management and preparation of holiday rental properties following guest departures.
